Factory automotive air conditioning systems have been produced in a variety of designs and configurations. Some systems use valves to control the flow or refrigerant while other system designs use the compressor cycling to do that.
This manual provides all of the A/C system specific diagnostic charts for all the A/C systems on the road today. You no longer have to rely on ‘universal’ diagnostic charts that don’t provide you the exact details of the system you’re working on.
What’s best about these diagnostic charts is that they include all the ‘normal’ operating conditions for each of the A/C system designs. Then they provide every possible ‘trouble’ gauge reading for each system. Those gauge readings are illustrated and the chart also details the other symptoms you will encounter with that problem.
When you match up your gauge readings to the ones on the diagnostic chart, the chart provides you complete details on exactly what’s wrong with the system plus the ‘step-by-step’ details of what’s required to repair the problem.
There is no better solution to improve your automotive A/C diagnostics than to work with the system specific charts that provide the exact pressure gauge readings and poor cooling problems for the A/C system you’re working on. All of the charts are full color and printable so they are always available when you need them.
